Parade Guidelines
In the staging areas all units MUST leave a lane clear in the middle of the streets for access by emergency vehicles.
NO EXCEPTIONS
Report to the Division Captains (Orange Vests), they will direct your movements.
Please shut off vehicles until your division is ready to march. It wastes gas, and the sound and exhaust is disruptive.
Muscle and Classic Cars please report to the Medical Building on Rhawn St. at Frankford Ave.
Big vehicles, please park along Frankford Ave and report to the Division Captain
The Performance Area will be located at Frankford and Knorr
Performers will be allowed up to 2 minutes for their routine at this location.
Each performance is limited to two minutes - if any group abuses this time limit, they will not be invited back to the parade the following year.
Please limit performances to this location. Impromptu performances slow the parade, and leave gaps.
Order of march is the latest information as provided by the Parade Committee.
This order of march is subject to change at the discretion of the parade marshals, even on the day of the parade.
The parade starts at 12:00 PM. Units can starts assembling at 10:30 AM.
Please remember the staging areas will be congested with little parking close by.

1st DIVISION - Forms on Frankford Ave north of Rhawn St.
2nd DIVISION - Behind Division 1 between Rhawn & Welsh on Frankford Avenue.
3rd DIVISION - Staging Between Frankford Avenue and Leon Street on Welsh Road
4th DIVISION - Staging North of Welsh Road on Frankford Avenue
5th DIVISION - Staging in Brown School School Yard
6th DIVISION - Staging in Brown School School Yard
7th DIVISION Staging - North of Welsh Rd on Frankford Ave Near Stanwood St.
The Mayfair Holmesburg Thanksgiving Parade is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization.
Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
The order of march is at the direction of the parade committee and may be changed at any time.
